We have an urgent requirement for one of the reputed Hospitals in Saudi Arabia of the following positions.

Require for the following Positions (Females only):

1) Nursing Director
2) Nursing Supervisor
3) Nursing Manager
4) Nursing Educator
5) Head Nurses - All Specializations
6) Charge Nurses - All Specializations
7) Staff Nurse

Nursing Director:
Responsibilities:

Is responsible for the direct patient care given in the hospital.
Formulate and disseminate the nursing mission, philosophy and objectives.
Provide written short and long-term plans designed to implement and facilitate achievement of department objectives.
Develop, review, approve and enforce written departmental policies and procedures.
Participate in policy decisions that affect patient care services.
Assist in the preparation and administration of the nursing department budget.
Collaborate with the administrative staff, other department personnel and representatives of allied groups in planning services for patients.
Establish and maintain an effective system of records and reports.
Communicate regularly with the hospital director and give input on all matters related to nursing.
Supervise and develop head nurses and supervisors.
Hold regular meetings with nursing department managers individually and collectively.

Nursing Supervisor:
Responsibilities:
Hires, coaches, reviews, supervise, and terminate assigned employees, or makes effective suggestions and recommendations that are given particular weight regarding the employment status of assigned employees.
Develops and implements plans for the direction and supervision of nursing services and for the improvement of existing methods in the care and treatment of the patient.
Serves as liaison between staff and administrative personnel by relaying pertinent information, and by discussing and resolving problems and issues.
Attends and participates in the development of orientation and in-service training programs for nursing service personnel.
Nursing Manager:
Responsibilities:

In charge of the nursing staff and works with patients and families of patients to provide assistance for health care
Responsible for processing various paper work related to department budgets, disciplinary actions against employees, updating patients’ medical records, insurance related documents etc
Assigning the duties of the nursing teams and helps them coordinate among themselves to provide the patient with proper medical care and attention
Make sure all the rules and guidelines are followed.

Nursing Educator:
Responsibilities:

Should have a good clinical background and practical experience in nursing besides only theoretical knowledge
Help nursing students gain the skills and knowledge necessary to work in a hospital which would include the basic tasks of assisting a physician, and even specialized courses or techniques.
Plan, design and implement curricula and arrange matter for nursing courses
Need to keep track of the latest developments in the field of nursing and incorporate those changes so that the curricula follows the newest trends and changes

Head Nurse:

Responsibilities:

The head nurse assigns duties to staff nurses and develops work schedules to ensure that patient areas have a full staff.
Monitor the work performed by staff nurses to ensure that physician instructions are carried out and that patients receive proper care
The head nurse performs inspections of patient rooms and areas to ensure hospital personnel maintain cleanliness standards.
This includes maintenance of drug records for the patient area.




Charge Nurse:

Responsibilities:

Supervise a staff
Train new nurses coming onto the floor.
Motivate staff to deliver high quality care, with result in improved morality and efficiency.
Predict and prepare for physician’s needs and new doctor’s orders
