Sr. Support Engineer-System - Canberra

Our client is one of the leading Company in Information Technology and Telecommunications solution provider since 1982, headquartered in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Responsibilities & Supervisory Role:

•Minimum 5 years of field experience in system integration /IT industry
•To provide technical support on site to existing customer base.
•IBM & Microsoft expertise (It’s a must)
•IBM x Series Server/Blade Center certified engineer (It’s a must)
•IBM SAN certified engineer (It’s a must)
•MCSE 2003/2008 (It’s a must)
•To design , plan & execute new projects containing Servers – IBM/HP/Microsoft/VM Ware/Double Tech
•Continuous enhance technical skills
•Plan & Schedule project deliverables , goals & milestones
•Design & maintain technical & project documentation
•Effectively identify field problems & resolve issues
•Build & maintain Interpersonal relationship
•Continuous technical & project management skills enhancement
•Prior sales experience in the Gulf region will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualifications, Skills & Certifications:

•B.E – Electronics or Computer Science or Diploma Holder ( three years)
•Excellent communication skills
•Negotiation skills
•Relevant technical certificates on IBM Servers , Microsoft products
•Working knowledge & certification on VM Ware & Double Teck desirab
